My Account & Orders
If you forgot your password, go to the Account page and click on the "forgot password" link. From there, enter the email address that is associated to your account and you will receive an email prompting you to create a new password.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes.
Our orders are shipped and tracking numbers are sent by a separate system. When your order is complete, our system will email a tracking number to you typically within 1-2 business days.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must call our customer service department at 1-800-645-2204 as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once the order is processed and labeled for shipment, it can't be cancelled and becomes subject to our return policy.
Payments
Yes, we can accept payment via PayPal. Please note that shipment can still only be sent to addresses within mainland USA.

Payment can be declined for a variety of reasons.
The first thing to do is to check that we accept your card type. Next, make sure your card details are correct and your billing address is the one assigned to your card.
If it still isn’t working, we recommend you give your bank a call and let them know you are making an online purchase. This type of issue can usually be attributed to your credit card company not recognizing our company.
Parts Returns & Warranty
Laundrylux will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of parts purchases, except for special order parts and electrical or electronic parts or assemblies.

- Parts must be returned to Laundrylux within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns require proof of purchase.
- Returned parts or products must be in good condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed in a machine are not eligible for return. Parts not in good condition or not in original packaging may be ineligible for a refund, or may be subject to an increased restocking charge, at Laundrylux's discretion.
- You must call 1-800-645-2204 for return shipping information. Please have the following information when calling:
- Date of purchase and original invoice or order number
- Part number(s)
- Reason for return
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- Money box keys that require a special code are not returnable.
- All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility on returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
- Special order and non-stock items will incur a 15-25% restocking fee.
- No returns on discontinued items.
- No returns on items shipped Internationally.
- Returned parts that are received by Laundrylux, but not in resalable condition will not be returned to the sender.

If your machine is still under manufacturer warranty, you must call our customer service department at 1-800-645-2204. From there, our team of experts will help you process your claim.
Laundrylux provides a 90-day warranty on all laundry parts. We will repair or replace a defective part, or provide a full refund of the parts purchase price, on any part with defects in materials or workmanship.
If you have a defective part within the warranty period, please follow the returns procedure above to submit your warranty claim and include your machine's model number and serial number.
Parts Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping on all qualifying parts orders by standard UPS ground delivery.
Online parts purchases that qualify for free shipping only ship to mainland USA.
If you want to ship a part order to Canada or countries outside the US, please contact our parts department to see if we can ship to your location.

Due to the current health crisis, the cutoff time for UPS shipments is now 2 PM, Monday through Friday, EST.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or major US holidays.
If your parts order value is $1500 or more, we will require a delivery signature from you. If you don't want this option, please let us know as soon as possible.
Wascomat Equipment
Choose the type of Wascomat product you want to purchase, select the quantity, payment method and heat source and add to your cart. You can then check out using your credit card and entering the shipping address. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and then another email when your order is completed and ready for shipment.
Once received, please inspect the machine on delivery and note any damage on the shipping documents before signing.
Your carrier will contact the phone number you provided 24 hours prior to delivery, please be aware of missed calls. Your products will be delivered curbside with a liftgate, the carrier will not bring the product into your home.
Please note these products are heavy and may require more than one person to move as well as a handcart.
A second attempt at delivery will be a separate charge.
Orders are eligible for return within 72 hours of machine receipt if the machine was inspected upon delivery. Returns can be scheduled by emailing storereturns@laundrylux.com.
Please include your order number and relevant contact information. Returns will incur a restocking fee which is the cost of insured freight + 20% of the purchase price.
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Although we double-check all orders before shipment, transit problems occasionally occur. Please call our Customer Care Department to remedy any problems. If you are returning merchandise please obtain a "Return Authorization Number" to assure accurate credit and exchange. We ask that all goods be in their original package, in resale-able condition, and returned within 10 days of receipt.
Yes, we have a team of skilled installers and service technicians who can install your new equipment and remove your old machines. Simply select “installation” when choosing your delivery option in the checkout process.
To not void warranty, installation must be performed by an authorized distributor.
Laundrylux provides up to a 5-year limited parts warranty on all Wascomat washers and dryers. We will replace a defective part (or parts) on any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Please refer to the attached Warranty for all details. If you have a defective part within the warranty period, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-645-2204 to process your claim.
